Nacionalni park Slapovi Krke

Krka is the seventh national park in Croatia, known for its large number of lakes and waterfalls. Was named after the river Krka, which is part of the park.The National Park is located in central Dalmatia downstream Miljevci, and just a few kilometers northeast of the city of Sibenik. It covers the area of the Krka River, which rises in the mountains, Dinara Knin, flows through a canyon 75 km long,

flows through Prokljansko lake, and empties into the Bay of. It stretches over 142 square kilometers, of which 25.6 square miles of water surface appears. Krka river now has 7 falls and its beauty are a natural phenomenon, which is recommended to visit in the spring and summer, because in all its glory, and you can be refreshed with clean water.

       
It was proclaimed a national park 24th January 1985. [1] year and is the seventh national park in Croatia. It is famous for its large number of lakes and waterfalls.
